Product Manager

Education technology company · United States (Remote), US

The company

Build digital products that improve how people learn, teach and grow. We are partnering with a growing education technology company to appoint a commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of meaningful product initiatives, work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, and help shape technology that supports better learning experiences.

You will balance user needs, business objectives and technical realities to guide products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. The position is fully remote within the United States and offers a competitive salary with a performance-related annual bonus.

What you'll do

  • Own product priorities and roadmap initiatives, translating strategic goals into clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Lead customer discovery, user research and market analysis to identify needs and validate opportunities.
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to define requirements, refine solutions and deliver high-quality releases.
  • Write clear product briefs, user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage prioritisation and trade-offs.
  • Use qualitative insights and product metrics to assess adoption, engagement and customer value.
  • Collaborate with customer success, sales and marketing on launches, feedback loops and go-to-market readiness.
  • Communicate product decisions, progress and results to stakeholders across the business.

What you will bring

  • Proven product management experience within a B2B SaaS, digital platform or technology-led environment.
  • Experience delivering features from discovery through release and iteration, working closely with software development teams.
  • Strong customer empathy, analytical judgement and the ability to turn complex problems into practical product decisions.
  • Confidence using data, experimentation and user feedback to prioritise work and measure impact.
  • Clear communication skills and experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • An organised, collaborative working style and the independence to succeed in a remote team.

Experience in EdTech, learning platforms, education software or related markets would be advantageous, but strong candidates from other SaaS sectors are encouraged to apply.

The package

  • Base salary: $120,000
  • Target annual bonus: 20% ($24,000)
  • Target total cash: $144,000

Bonus is target-based and subject to the employer's applicable plan and performance criteria.
